The way we managed washrooms was routine and periodic – cleaning supervisors checked the washroom condition few times a day and rate it on a piece of paper, the information was only processed and evaluated when I got it at the end of the week. This method only served to check if something has not been fully completed, but we want to be more proactive in providing our customers a better experience in our mall, even in the washroom.
